Clinicians are expected to do an IMPOSSIBLE job!

According to DSM, there are 3,652 criteria and billions of permutations to detect and properly diagnose an individual's mental health conditions. Providers face limited time with patients and poor testing methods often resulting in overlooking mental health conditions or worse, misdiagnose patients who then receive the wrong diagnoses, the wrong meds, and the wrong treatments.

One single self-direct assessment accurately identifies 80+ mental health conditions using the power of Augmented Intelligence trained on DSM 5TR criteria and validated by leading Psychiatrists. Patients complete the assessment pre-visit, taking as much time as they need in a judgment-free environment. Providers receive complete medical history and revealed indicators for mental health conditions.

From Patient A

Misdiagnosed for years, Alexandra is now getting the right care

I finally feel heard and understood. I filled out an assessment pre-visit and my experience with my doctor was night and day different.

I finally feel like I’m getting the right treatment, as I’m getting better and not worse.”

Mental health care is in high demand.

Mental health conditions are very common affecting about 20% of adults. They include a wide array of disorders that cause changes in emotion or behavior, and these can cause problems with the quality of life, relationships, and school or job function. There are many challenges and barriers to high-quality and accessible mental health care, and primary care providers (PCPs) often take on the management of mental health conditions. Amid a shortage of mental health providers, digital therapeutics could play an important role in providing support for underserved communities.

Mental health providers throughout the country share a sense of urgency to find new ways to meet the high demand for services, and innovators are exploring interventions that diverge from traditional therapy models. The creative approaches include forms of support that require less time commitment from individuals, can be offered through digital devices, or both. Clinicians and researchers are seeing the benefits of these strategies in settings such as community clinics and college campuses, where psychologists experience a duty to serve and patients are open to exploring new options to access help.

“The lack of access to mental health care is an equity issue,” said Martyn Whittingham, PhD, a licensed psychologist in Ohio who developed a brief group therapy intervention. “Too often people from marginalized communities struggle to access quality psychotherapy, and these innovative strategies can provide support to many more people.”

  • One-third of respondents could not get the mental health services they needed.
  • When asked about the specific barriers to accessing care, 80% cited cost and more than 60% cited shame and stigma as the main obstacles.
  • The shortage of mental health providers is also prohibitive, with 60% of psychologists reporting no openings for new patients
